SWD Shundi new materials (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was founded in China in 2006 by SWD urethane Co., Ltd. of the United States. Shundi high tech materials (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, covers an area of 16000 square meters and a plant area of 10000 square meters. It is a comprehensive enterprise integrating scientific research, production, sales and technical after-sales service. It now has spraying polyurea Asparagus polyurea, anti-corrosion and waterproof, floor and thermal insulation five series products. We are committed to providing users around the world with high-quality protection solutions for winters and polyurea.
After more than ten years of continuous development and innovation, Shundi has become the most professional manufacturer of polyurea polyurethane asparagus products in China. In the field of high-end polyurea asparagus coatings, Shundi has established leading technology and brand advantages. Especially in the application fields of industrial anti-corrosion, waterproof, floor and special polyurea, Shundi has become a leading brand in China.

SWD Shundi specializes in R & D, production and sales of asparagus resin, asparagus polyurea and spray polyurea. The product line covers more than 60 types: special polyurea, asparagus antisepsis, asparagus waterproof, asparagus floor, waterborne coating, polyurethane foam and so on.
The application fields include anti-corrosion and waterproof protection in many fields such as construction, chemical industry, transportation, metallurgy, electric power, aerospace, ocean, ship and so on. A number of products and technologies have obtained national patents and copyrights and won many awards.

3.1 Core Raw Material.
Our main raw materials are imported from our SWD USA headquarter in AZ, some are imported from Covestro, Huntsman Wanhua etc. We identify the suppliers' qualification before purchasing order.
3.2 Finished Products Testing.
We test the physical properties of the cured sample, test the liquid viscosity, water content, raw material content. The chemist and engineer check the products quality before sending out.

Since started, SWD’s core competing ability is always considered to be technology. Right now, we possess two R&D institutes, one in AZ USA joint with Arizona State Universality, , the other one in Nantong Jiangsu province in 2013.
Currently we own more than 6 reactors producing polymer materials, and testing equipment, and we are able to manufacture more than 10 kinds and 100 specifications of polyurea polyaspartic coatings, which include two component spray polyurea elastomer coating series, two component spray polyurethane elastomer coating series, single component hand applied thick film polyurea elastomer coating series, single component moisture cured rigid polyurethane heavy-duty corrosion protection coating series, special performance corrosion protection coating series, spray polyurethane rigid foam series, spray polyurethane foam artificial wood materials, casting polyurethane wearable elastomer materials.

SWD Shanghai currently has more than 30 workers in Jiangsu factory and 20 marketing man in Shanghai Office. We have 6 stirred tank reactors, dispersion machine, 5 sand mill, 6 polyurea spray equipment, the complete testing equipment such as Universal material testing machine, salt spray resistance testing machine, ultraviolet resistance testing machine, impact resistance testing machine, aging box, low temperature testing machine, Akron abrasion tester, Taber abrasion tester, hardness tester, flexibility tester, gloss tester, moisture tester, viscometer, pullout tester, impermeable tester and thickness tester.
